Every answer costs at least one credit, but deep answers cost a few more. Included credits reset each month and don't roll over.
Billing
How billing works
When am I charged?
You are charged on the day you subscribe, and then again on the same date each month or year until you cancel.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
An upgrade takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect on your next renewal date.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan is active till the end of the period you paid for and then the account moves to the Free tier. You can undo a cancellation any time before it takes effect.
Can I pause instead?
Yes. A pause starts at the end of your current period at which point billing stops and the account moves to the Free tier. Resuming starts a new billing period.
What if a payment fails?
If a renewal payment fails, you keep paid access for up to 7 days while the payment provider retries. If no retry succeeds then your account moves to Free and you have to start a new subscription.
